Unfortunately I had an awful experience with a less-than-reputable carpet cleaner. They were going door to door and sold me on a cheap service. I should have known better and my carpet was left stinky and wet for over a week. I called Carter's when I recenly put the house on the market and I was amazed. The carpet looked beautiful and it was dry within hours! Carter's did a wonderful job and I'd recommend them to anyone!
